Lauren Neal - Gallery Assistant

Born in lutruwita/Tasmania, Lauren Neal has completed a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts from the University of Tasmania. She has loved the arts from day one and is interested in amplifying stories designed to challenge tradition.  

She has been involved in many arts festivals across the island including; The Unconformity Festival, Dark Mofo and Mona Foma, as well as local community theatre performances. 

Lauren is one half of the Tasmanian interchangeable quasi twin performance duo Twin Sticks, a support worker for Bus Stop Film’s Inclusive Film Studies Program and a Teacher’s Assistant at Northern Support School.
